User acknowledges that the services and products offered by Holistico LLC d/b/a Holistic Consulting and Kevin Holston Consulting and Kevin Holston may be developed and/or delivered using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and machine learning technologies. While we strive for accuracy and professional quality, AI-generated insights, analyses, and recommendations are not infallible and should be independently verified against your organization's specific circumstances and the judgment of qualified professionals.

Holistico LLC d/b/a Holistic Consulting and Kevin Holston Consulting and Kevin Holston are not liable for inaccuracies, omissions, or errors arising from autonomous or semi-autonomous AI processing, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All content, tools, methodologies, frameworks, and deliverables created or provided by Holistico LLC d/b/a Holistic Consulting and Kevin Holston Consulting and Kevin Holston, unless otherwise agreed in writing, remain the intellectual property of Holistico LLC d/b/a Holistic Consulting and Kevin Holston Consulting and Kevin Holston. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for your internal business purposes only. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
